CIP Membership gives students access to a full season of creative problem-solving, team challenges, workshops, mentorship, and competition opportunities. The season runs August through May with weekly practices, hands-on building, performance work, and competition preparation.
Cost & payment options
Simple pricing: $500 per student. Pay once, or monthly.
Membership costs support the materials, supplies, resources, competition preparation, and program needs for the season. Enrolling students in both a competitive division and the Primary division? Contact us for specific membership instructions.
Volunteer & save
- Head Coach: $250 off per student
- Assistant Coach: $150 off per student
- Volunteer Judge: $100 off membership
- Tournament Worker: $50 off membership

Scholarships
We want cost to be as little of a barrier as possible. Scholarships are reviewed individually and confidentially based on available funding — no financial documentation required.
Registration
Register your student(s)
Takes about two minutes. We'll confirm division placement and send payment instructions by email within 48 hours.
Who can join: students in kindergarten through high school.
Season: August through May, weekly practices at The Village at Vistancia Clubhouse, Peoria.
Parent involvement: CIP is a team-centered program. Families may be asked to help with communication, supplies, events, practices, transportation, or competition prep.

Membership questions
Who can join?
CIP is open to students in kindergarten through high school. Students are placed into divisions by grade: Primary (K–2), Division 1 (3rd–5th), Division 2 (6th–8th), and Division 3 (high school).
What does membership include?
Access to team practices, creative challenges, competition preparation, division-specific guidance, season updates, team communication, and member resources — including competition details, division guidelines, and event updates in one place.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Families may pay the membership fee in full or through five monthly installment payments. Both options are available at registration.
Do you accept Arizona ESA funds?
Yes. ESA families follow a slightly different membership process through ClassWallet. Complete the ESA Membership Form and our team will guide you through submitting and processing your membership.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. Membership scholarships are available for families who may benefit from additional financial support. Requests are reviewed individually and confidentially based on available funding, and no financial documentation is required.
