Privacy Policy

Creative Innovators Project (“CIP”, “we”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Peoria, Arizona. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a form (contact, membership registration, ESA membership, scholarship request, coach or volunteer interest, partnership inquiry, wishlist donation, or newsletter sign-up), we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, your student's name and grade, and your message. We also record the page the form was submitted from and basic technical information (such as browser type) to prevent spam.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, manage membership and volunteer roles, prepare invoices for ESA families, review scholarship requests, and — if you opt in — send occasional updates about programs, open practices, and events. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that host our website and database on our behalf.

Children's information

Our forms are intended for parents and guardians. We collect student names, grades, and (for ESA invoices) dates of birth only from a parent or guardian and only to deliver our programs. Scholarship requests are reviewed privately, and donors never receive a student's personal or financial information.

Payments

Donations are processed by Zeffy and membership payments through the payment provider named at registration. We do not store card or bank details on this website.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time by replying to any email, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing info@cip-club.com.
