Why homeschool families choose CIP

Two of our coaches are homeschool moms, and a large share of our teams are homeschooled. As Coach Nancy wrote in her story on our blog: “I found plenty of individual classes and camps. Kids could build a robot, learn to code, paint a picture, or complete a specific STEAM project… I wanted something that brought all of those areas together while also helping children build confidence, resilience, teamwork, creativity, and real-world problem-solving skills. I couldn't find another place in the Peoria area — let alone Arizona — offering everything I was looking for in one program.”

What it adds to your homeschool

CIP builds on the creativity and independence homeschool families value, and adds collaboration, listening to different ideas, working through disagreements, recognizing one another's strengths, and standing behind choices in front of an audience. Students learn when to lead, when to listen, and how their contribution affects the whole team.

Arizona ESA accepted

Creative Innovators Project accepts Arizona ESA funds through ClassWallet for eligible programming. ESA families complete a short ESA membership form; we prepare a separate invoice for each student, and you submit it through ClassWallet. Memberships paid through ESA are billed monthly, and we're glad to help with the submission process.

Schedule

Weekly practices on Wednesdays, August through May, at The Village at Vistancia Clubhouse in North Peoria. Practices on early-release days run in the afternoon and shift later on full school days — homeschool families can usually attend either.
